Browser configuration

To view the special steel manual the following browser settings are required

Activation of Java and Javascript
Turn off pop-up blocker
For Microsoft Internet Explorer only: carrying out the programme from CD or disk on the local computer
- allow execution of active contents

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Java and Javascript	Menu Tools, Internet Options - Security - Custom Level - Scripting - enable "Active scripting" and "Scripting of Java applets"
Pop-up Blocker	Menu Tools, Pop-up Blocker - Turn off Pop-up Blocker
Execute active content	Menu Tools, Internet Options - Advanced - Security - Activate "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" and activate "Allow active content from CDs to run on My Computer"

Netscape 8

Java and Javascript	Menu Tools, Options - Site Controls - Activate "Enable Javascript" and "Enable Java"
Pop-up blocker	setting of the pop-up blocker does not interfere with the special steel manual

Firefox 2.0

Java and Javascript	Menu Tools, Options - Content - Activate "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
Pop-up blocker	Menu Tools, Options - Content - deactivate "Block Popup Windows"
